Remote Duty & Risk Mental Health Practitioner

Vita Health Group is seeking a Duty, Risk and Mental Health Practitioner for a remote/home-based role within our Talking Therapies services. You will work with a range of stakeholders to provide first-class clinical care, focusing on risk assessment, safeguarding and facilitating referrals to secondary mental health services.

The ideal candidate will hold current professional registration, have NHS mental health experience, and be confident working with acutely distressed individuals.
