Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, website traffic, customer behavior, and marketing campaign performance to identify trends and insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce and marketing teams.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, customer retention, and average order value.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website elements, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, translating findings into strategic recommendations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst , Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on online retail.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely in a remote setting .
