Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat, providing excellent support and resolving issues promptly.
• Update product listings on the e-commerce platform, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
• Assist with inventory management and stock level monitoring to prevent stockouts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and website content updates.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the online customer journey and operational processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an e-commerce or customer service role is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
