Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily e-commerce order processing, fulfilment, and shipping logistics.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, and imagery on the e-commerce platform to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Monitor and manage online inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and product availability via digital channels.

Requirements
