About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Remote E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager to lead their online advertising efforts from anywhere. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid media strategies across various channels to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) for our e-commerce platform. You will leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign performance and explore new avenues for growth in the competitive digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across channels such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and affiliate marketing.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPA, ROAS, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Conduct in-depth A/B testing and data analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and enhanced customer experiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and the e-commerce industry, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, with extensive experience in paid media management for e-commerce .
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated success in managing significant advertising budgets and driving measurable results (ROAS, CPA).
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
