About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize their online sales channels. This fully remote position based out of Cardiff will focus on enhancing the customer journey, driving traffic to the e-commerce platform, and maximizing online conversion rates. You will be responsible for content management, product listings, promotional campaigns, and analysing website performance. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and imagery on the e-commerce website.
- Develop and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media promotions.
- Monitor website traffic and sales data, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Optimise the user experience and conversion funnel to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising principles.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
