Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with parents and educators to assess developmental needs and provide tailored strategies.
• Develop and deliver engaging online training sessions and webinars on various early childhood development topics.
• Create high-quality digital resources, guides, and toolkits for families and childcare providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to research and stay abreast of the latest findings in child development.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience working directly with young children and families, or in consultancy roles.
• Proven ability to conduct effective virtual consultations and deliver engaging online presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for communication, content delivery, and collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
