About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Remote Early Years Advisor to provide guidance and support to childcare providers nationwide. This fully remote position involves offering expert advice on curriculum development, regulatory compliance, operational best practices, and quality improvement strategies. You will be instrumental in helping various early years settings enhance their provision and achieve outstanding outcomes for children. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of early years frameworks, legislation, and effective management techniques, coupled with exceptional communication and consultancy skills suitable for a virtual working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote consultancy and advisory services to early years settings on all aspects of provision.
- Assist providers in understanding and implementing regulatory requirements, including safeguarding and inspection frameworks.
- Develop and deliver online training and resources to support professional development for early years practitioners.
- Conduct virtual quality assurance reviews and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Stay abreast of current trends, research, and policy changes within the early years sector.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in early years education, management, or advisory roles.
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and other relevant frameworks.
- Proven ability to provide effective advice and support, ideally with consultancy experience.
- Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and IT skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a remote caseload effectively.
