About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Remote Early Years Curriculum Developer to design and enhance the educational framework for their online early learning programs, based in or near Nottingham . You will be responsible for creating engaging, age-appropriate learning content and resources that align with developmental milestones and pedagogical best practices. This role requires a deep understanding of early childhood education and the ability to translate learning theories into practical, digital-first educational experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine curriculum materials for early years education, focusing on digital delivery.
• Ensure all curriculum content is developmentally appropriate, engaging, and aligned with educational standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to create interactive learning modules.

Requirements
