About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Remote Early Years Education Specialist to join their dedicated team. This role involves providing expert pedagogical guidance and support to childcare providers nationwide, all managed through remote communication channels. You will be instrumental in shaping curriculum development, advising on best practices, and ensuring compliance with the EYFS framework . This position offers the unique advantage of working from home, contributing to the advancement of early years education across the country, with a focus on supporting settings from locations such as Reading .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine early years curriculum content and pedagogical approaches for diverse settings.
• Provide expert remote consultancy on the implementation of the EYFS framework and other educational standards.
• Conduct virtual quality assurance reviews and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
• Deliver online training sessions and webinars to childcare professionals on various early years topics.
• Research and advise on current trends and innovations in early childhood education.
• Support providers in developing effective strategies for child development, assessment, and inclusion.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in early years education, curriculum design, or leadership.
• Deep expertise in the EYFS framework , child development, and effective teaching methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging online training and consultancy services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong digital literacy.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote setting.
