Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging online activities and lesson plans for early years children.

• Provide timely feedback and support to parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.
• Maintain accurate and confidential digital records of children's learning and development milestones.
• Collaborate with the wider childcare team to continuously improve the online curriculum and pedagogical approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Early Years Educator or similar role, preferably with experience in online or blended learning environments.
• Proficiency with educational technology platforms and virtual communication tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and parent engagement skills .
