Remote Early Years Educator

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Remote Early Years Educator to contribute to their online learning platform. This is a fully remote position where you will develop engaging digital content, create virtual learning experiences, and provide online support for early years practitioners and parents. You will be instrumental in shaping how early childhood education is delivered digitally, applying your expertise in child development and pedagogy to create effective and interactive online resources. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging online curriculum modules and activities for young children.
• Create multimedia educational content, including videos, interactive exercises, and digital storybooks.
• Provide online support and guidance to parents and educators using the platform.
• Research and implement best practices in digital early years education.
• Collaborate with a remote team of designers, developers, and educators to enhance the platform.
• Assess the effectiveness of online learning materials and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant degree or qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Early Years Educator, preferably with some digital content creation experience.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and the EYFS framework .
• Excellent digital literacy and familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for remote interaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
