Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver creative, interactive online learning modules and activities for children aged 2-5 years.
• Utilize various digital platforms and tools to facilitate engaging virtual lessons and play-based learning sessions.
• Provide personalized feedback and guidance to children and their parents/guardians on learning progress and engagement.
• Maintain accurate digital records of children's participation, progress, and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with the remote team to continuously improve the online curriculum and delivery methods.

Requirements

• A recognised qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 3 Diploma).
• Proven experience in delivering early years education, ideally with some familiarity with online or blended learning approaches.
• Proficiency in using digital collaboration tools, video conferencing software, and educational apps.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage children and support parents remotely.
• A strong internet connection and a suitable home working environment are essential.
