Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field.
• Significant professional experience (10+ years) in early years education, program development, or research.
• Proven track record in curriculum design and the development of educational resources.
• Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information.
• Experience with online learning platforms and digital content creation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively in a remote setting.
