Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote expert technical assistance for electrical systems, control panels, and automation equipment.
• Analyze data from remote monitoring systems and troubleshoot electrical faults without physical presence.
• Guide on-site personnel through diagnostic procedures and repair processes via phone, video conferencing, and detailed instructions.
• Develop comprehensive electrical maintenance plans and safety protocols for remote implementation.
• Review and approve electrical system designs and modifications submitted by field teams.
• Conduct remote training sessions on electrical safety and equipment operation for clients and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance , troubleshooting, and repair of industrial control systems.
• Proficiency with electrical schematics, PLC programming basics, and diagnostic software.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent remote communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a fully remote capacity .
