Remote Employment Lawyer: Senior Advisor (Tribunals/Exits)

KMA Legal Recruitment is seeking an experienced employment lawyer for a niche practice. You will advise both employer and individual clients on the full spectrum of matters, including Employment Tribunal and High Court work, as well as non-contentious advisory on exit packages.

The role is fully remote with an excellent benefits package, including a lucrative bonus scheme. Full-time is preferred, but a 4‑day week would also be considered.
