Remote Employment Lawyer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Remote Employment Lawyer to provide expert legal counsel to businesses and individuals nationwide. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your extensive knowledge of employment law without geographical constraints. You will advise on contentious and non-contentious employment issues, guide clients through complex HR challenges, and contribute to shaping workplace practices, all while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including contracts, disciplinary procedures, and dismissals.
• Represent clients in employment tribunals and negotiations.
• Develop and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct internal investigations and advise on grievance procedures.
• Provide strategic advice on TUPE, redundancy, and other significant employment changes.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law .
• Proven track record in advising employers and/or employees on complex employment issues.
• Strong understanding of tribunal procedures and employment legislation.
• Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and client management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding caseload remotely.
