Remote ER Specialist & HR Generalist (3–6 Month FTC)

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking an ER Specialist or HR Generalist with strong employee relations expertise for a remote, 3- or 6-month fixed-term contract. You will report to an HR Business Partner and join the HR Operations team to deliver a high-quality advisory service.

Your role includes coaching managers on probation, investigations, discipline and absence matters, and partnering with external providers.
