About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies across various platforms, including Discord, Reddit, Twitter, and Twitch.
• Create compelling content, run contests, and organise events to foster interaction and build loyalty within the esports community .
• Monitor community feedback, identify trends, and provide insights to internal teams for product and content improvement.
• Act as a brand ambassador, managing online reputation and addressing player concerns constructively and professionally.
• Moderate community forums and discussions, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to amplify key campaigns and announcements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management , particularly within the gaming or esports sector.
• Deep understanding of esports , various game titles, and online community dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for engaging tone and brand voice.
• Experience with social media management tools and community platforms like Discord.
