Our client, a leading event management company, is seeking a meticulous and organized Remote Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on detailed planning and execution, managing various aspects of events from conception to completion, all from a remote work setting. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, AV, and transportation.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers throughout the event planning process.
- Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and run sheets to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with the creation of event materials, promotional content, and registration platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site or remote issues as they arise during event execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working remotely with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in event management software, project management tools, and standard office applications.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
