About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Remote Event Logistics Coordinator to manage the operational aspects of their virtual and hybrid catering events. Working entirely from home, you will coordinate vendor bookings, manage delivery schedules, ensure client communication flows smoothly, and troubleshoot logistical challenges to guarantee flawless event execution. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm all logistical details for remote and hybrid catering events, including vendor availability, delivery times, and client requirements.
• Manage and maintain an up-to-date database of event details, client information, and vendor contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding logistical queries, providing timely and professional responses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any logistical issues that may arise before or during an event, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Liaise effectively with the culinary team and delivery partners to ensure seamless execution from preparation to delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics coordination , event planning, or operations management, preferably in a remote setting.
