Our client is searching for a highly competent and discreet Remote Executive Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to senior executives. This is a fully remote position, enabling you to work from home and contribute to critical business functions. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating global travel, preparing confidential documentation, and facilitating seamless communication channels. This role demands exceptional organizational prowess, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a remote framework, supporting leaders based in Bristol .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize executive calendars, including scheduling, rescheduling, and coordinating complex meetings across different time zones.
- Arrange and manage all domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare, proofread, and format important documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy.
- Conduct research and compile information to support executive projects and decision-making processes.
- Serve as a professional and confidential liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict data security protocols.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive Support Specialist , Executive Assistant, or in a comparable high-level administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency with digital calendar management tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a remote setting.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a polished professional demeanor.
