About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and meticulous Remote Eyelash Extension Specialist to join their growing virtual beauty services team. Based in or near Reading , you will provide expert guidance and consultation to clients on lash extension application, care, and maintenance from the comfort of your home. This role requires a deep understanding of lash artistry, client safety, and product knowledge, delivered through remote consultations and digital support. You will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their desired lash looks, contributing to a seamless online beauty experience and upholding the brand's commitment to quality and client satisfaction across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations to assess client suitability for eyelash extensions and discuss desired styles (e.g., classic, volume, hybrid).
• Provide detailed instructions and guidance on at-home lash care, hygiene, and maintenance routines.
• Educate clients on the process, potential risks, and aftercare required to ensure longevity and eye health.
• Recommend appropriate lash extension products and adhesives suitable for individual clients.

Requirements

• Certified Eyelash Extension Technician with a minimum of 3 years of practical experience.
• Proficiency in various lash extension techniques and styles.
• Excellent knowledge of lash adhesives, extensions, and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and active listening skills for effective remote client interaction.
• Ability to provide clear, concise advice and instructions via video calls and written communication.
