Remote Facilities Cleaning Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Facilities Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites, primarily supporting facilities in the Southampton area. This is a fully remote position where you will manage cleaning teams, ensure service level agreements are met, and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing cleaning activities, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and quality control, all conducted through effective remote management strategies. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in managing cleaning services in a distributed or remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise remote cleaning staff, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols for diverse facility types.
• Conduct remote quality assessments and site inspections via virtual means.
• Oversee the procurement and inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements
