About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Remote Facilities Hygiene Manager to oversee the hygiene and sanitation standards across their portfolio of managed properties. In this crucial, fully remote role, you will develop and implement comprehensive hygiene strategies, train and support on-site cleaning staff, and conduct virtual audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment for all building occupants and visitors. This position demands a strong understanding of hygiene best practices, excellent leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage a distributed team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust hygiene management plans and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning services.
• Provide remote training and ongoing support to on-site cleaning supervisors and teams.
• Conduct virtual audits and inspections of facilities to assess hygiene performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze cleaning performance data and generate reports for senior management.

Requirements
