About the Role
Our client is looking for a strategic and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead their FP&A function in a fully remote capacity, serving a global client base. This senior role will be responsible for developing financial models, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insightful analysis to support executive decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to understand business drivers and translate them into financial projections. This is a premier opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional to shape financial strategy and drive business performance entirely from a remote work setting, contributing to a dynamic and geographically dispersed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop sophisticated financial models to support scenario planning, long-range forecasting, and decision support.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial performance reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs ).
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts in a virtual environment.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or MBA with a strong FP&A background.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and Excel /BI tools.
- Proven ability to work effectively and lead teams in a fully remote setup.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
