Remote Financial Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company's annual budget and long-term financial forecasts.
• Manage and mentor a remote team of financial analysts.
• Prepare regular financial performance reports, including variance analysis, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategic insights.
• Develop financial models to support business cases, strategic initiatives, and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational drivers and financial impacts.
• Drive process improvements within the FP&A function to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing remote teams.
