Remote-First Event Producer for Senior HR Leaders

Workgroup seeks an Event Producer to own and run HR-focused events for senior leaders. You’ll lead speaker outreach, craft agendas, secure sponsorships, and drive attendance across the UK. The role offers remote-first days with travel to Manchester/Leeds. Training is provided and progression is performance-based.

Expect a starting salary of £28,000 with a 10% commission on profit, plus a flexible 35-hour week and generous annual leave; travel abroad occasionally may be required as events expand.
