Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live virtual training sessions via video conferencing platforms.

• Educate clients on exercise techniques, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits relevant to their goals.
• Monitor client progress, analyze data, and adjust training plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Certification from a reputable fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• Proven experience in online or remote personal training and coaching.
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype) and fitness apps.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Strong understanding of exercise science, biomechanics, and nutrition.
