Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual client assessments to understand fitness goals, limitations, and preferences.
• Develop tailored exercise programs and provide ongoing modifications based on client feedback and progress.
• Deliver engaging and effective virtual training sessions via video conferencing platforms.
• Provide evidence-based nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching to complement fitness plans.
• Monitor client progress using digital tools and provide regular motivational support and accountability.
• Educate clients on proper exercise technique and safe fitness practices to prevent injury.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or equivalent fitness certification.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering personalized fitness programs.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting software and fitness tracking applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote client base effectively.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
