About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Remote Fitness Instructor & Online Coach to join their innovative digital wellness platform. You will be responsible for delivering engaging online fitness classes, providing personalized coaching to clients, and developing tailored workout plans to meet diverse fitness goals. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver live and pre-recorded online fitness classes across various disciplines (e.g., HIIT, Yoga, Strength Training).
• Provide one-on-one and group virtual coaching sessions to clients, assessing their needs and setting achievable goals.
• Design personalized training programs and offer nutritional guidance.
• Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and adjust plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Engage with the online community, answering questions and fostering a supportive virtual environment.
• Utilize digital platforms and tools to deliver coaching services effectively.

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer qualification (e.g., Level 3 CIMSPA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in delivering fitness instruction and coaching, preferably in an online setting.
• Excellent understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition principles.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools, online coaching software, and social media platforms.
