Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all vehicles are serviced in a timely manner.
• Manage driver schedules, assignments, and communication, ensuring compliance with working hours regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance history.
• Ensure all vehicles and operations comply with relevant transport laws and safety regulations.
• Process and manage vehicle-related documentation, permits, and licenses.
• Respond to and resolve issues related to fleet operations, including breakdowns and driver queries.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and transportation regulations.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
