About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and proactive Remote Fleet Dispatcher to manage and coordinate their vehicle fleet operations from a remote location. This role is vital for ensuring efficient scheduling, tracking, and communication with drivers across various locations. You will be the primary point of contact for the driving team, addressing operational challenges and optimizing logistics in real-time. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous work environment, all while working from the comfort of their own home.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries and pickups for the fleet of vehicles.
• Monitor driver progress and vehicle locations using fleet management software.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support.
• Resolve any logistical issues or disruptions that may arise during operations.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and update systems accordingly.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fleet dispatch , logistics coordination, or a related field.
• Proficiency with fleet management software and GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage remotely.
