Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets related to fleet operations, including fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance, driver behaviour, and delivery times.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the fleet.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements within the fleet.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management on fleet optimisation, route planning, and driver performance strategies.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement and monitor the effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in fleet performance analysis.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the logistics, transport, or fleet management sector.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience with fleet management software or telematics data is a significant advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings effectively to non-technical audiences in a remote setting.
