About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Remote Flight Simulation Software Engineer to join their innovative virtual training solutions team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-fidelity flight dynamics models and simulation software.
• Implement realistic environmental simulation (e.g., weather, atmospheric effects) and system interactions.
• Design and code graphical user interfaces for simulator control and data visualization.
• Integrate various simulation components, including avionics, flight controls, and visual systems.
• Write efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code using C++, C#, and relevant simulation frameworks.
• Collaborate remotely with simulation engineers, subject matter experts, and clients to refine simulation fidelity and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, with a significant focus on flight simulation or real-time systems.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and C#, with experience in object-oriented design principles.
• Familiarity with 3D graphics programming and relevant technologies (e.g., OpenGL, DirectX, game engines).
