Remote FPGA Firmware Engineer – Defence Systems

Akkodis is seeking a Firmware / FPGA Engineer to join its Defence practice in the United Kingdom. You will work on FPGA-based systems across a range of mission-critical programmes, with a predominantly remote setup and occasional on-site presence.

You will contribute to the full lifecycle from requirements through verification, ensuring high-performance digital electronics that align with DO-254, IEC 61508 and related standards. Collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams is essential.
