Remote Fractional Tech Lawyer (German-Speaking)

Major, Lindsey & Africa represents a major US-headquartered technology company seeking a German-speaking technology lawyer for a remote, fractional role. Expect 10–20 hours a month, with flexible hours and no fixed term.

You will review, draft and negotiate SaaS agreements and MSAs for central European clients, advise the sales team on commercial matters, and work independently to keep deals moving.
