About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to join their fully remote engineering team, formerly associated with offices in Brighton . This role is critical in crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our cutting-edge web applications. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to implement visually appealing, responsive, and performant user experiences. We are looking for an individual passionate about clean code, modern web technologies, and building user-centric products, thriving in a collaborative, asynchronous, and remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend technologies and frameworks.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer .
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control (Git).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
