Remote Fundraising Coordinator

About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking charitable organisation, is seeking a highly organised and motivated Remote Fundraising Coordinator to join their expanding team. This position is fully remote, supporting fundraising efforts nationally but with a focus on initiatives that may touch upon the Stoke-on-Trent region. You will be instrumental in coordinating various fundraising activities, supporting fundraising campaigns, managing donor communications, and assisting with event logistics, all from the convenience of your own home. This role requires excellent communication, administrative skills, and a proactive attitude to effectively support the fundraising team and contribute to the charity's mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of various fundraising campaigns and appeals across multiple channels.
• Manage and update donor databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of virtual and in-person fundraising events.
• Handle donor enquiries and correspondence promptly and professionally, providing excellent supporter care.
• Generate reports on fundraising activities, campaign performance, and donor engagement metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a fundraising or charity setting.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or fundraising databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively remotely.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote-first environment.
