About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day production of game development projects, defining milestones and tracking progress.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between all development disciplines (art, design, programming, QA).
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure that project goals align with the company's strategic objectives and creative vision.
• Conduct regular team meetings, providing updates and fostering a positive and productive remote work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Game Producer or Senior Project Manager in the video game industry.
• Strong understanding of various game development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent knowledge of project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• A passion for video games and a deep understanding of the game development process.
