About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage geospatial databases for geological and exploration data.
• Create detailed geological maps, cross-sections, and spatial visualizations using GIS software.
• Analyze spatial data to identify potential mineral occurrences and geological structures.
• Collaborate with geologists and exploration teams to integrate GIS capabilities into their workflows.
• Develop and automate GIS-based workflows and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a GIS Specialist , with a focus on spatial data analysis and mapping.
• Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar platforms.
• Experience with geological data and its representation in GIS is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in database management and spatial analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
