Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Proactively identify and address potential guest concerns, aiming to exceed expectations and foster loyalty.
- Document all guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions meticulously in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with various departments (e.g., operations, sales) to ensure guest requests and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new guest service initiatives and training materials.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback data to identify trends and provide insights for service improvement.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings, policies, and procedures to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or guest relations role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment .
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
