Remote: Head of Marketing Analytics & Growth Insights

Harnham is seeking a Head of Marketing Analytics to own the analytics and intelligence function, driving outbound campaigns, customer targeting and commercial performance. You will lead a team of four analysts and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT and Operations to turn insight into action.

You will champion data-driven decision making, develop dashboards to show ROI, and shape the analytics strategy across multiple revenue streams in a fully remote UK role.
