Remote Heart Failure Specialist Pharmacist & Prescriber

IQVIA is seeking a Heart Failure Specialist Pharmacist with independent prescribing to support the ATTR-CM Amyloidosis programme in a hybrid London setting. You will run remote clinics, review treatment response and educate patients, carers and clinicians.

Applicants should have strong HF expertise, GPhC registration, and post-registration experience in a cardiovascular service, with remote consultation capabilities and collaboration with NHS and homecare pathways.
