About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and certified Remote Holistic Health Coach to join their expanding virtual wellness practice, serving clients from Edinburgh . This role empowers individuals to achieve optimal well-being by addressing all aspects of their health: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. You will guide clients in creating sustainable lifestyle changes, fostering self-awareness, and building resilience. As a remote coach, you'll have the flexibility to connect with clients from your home office, offering a comprehensive and personalized approach to their health journeys, and contributing to a growing online wellness community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough holistic health assessments to understand clients' overall well-being and life circumstances.
• Collaborate with clients to co-create personalized wellness plans encompassing diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and mindfulness.
• Utilize coaching techniques to empower clients to identify their own solutions and achieve their health goals.
• Provide education and resources on a wide range of holistic health topics.
• Offer ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability to clients throughout their coaching journey.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries in all interactions.

Requirements

• Certification from a reputable holistic health coaching program (e.g., Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Functional Medicine Coaching Academy) and at least 3 years of coaching experience.
• Strong understanding of nutritional science, fitness principles, mindfulness practices, and stress reduction techniques.
• Exceptional active listening, empathy, and communication skills, with experience in virtual coaching.
• Ability to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental coaching space.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and client management software.
