Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual wellness assessments to understand clients' health goals, lifestyle, and challenges.

• Provide expert guidance on the safe and effective use of essential oils for various physical and emotional conditions.
• Coach clients through behavioral changes, offering support, motivation, and accountability to help them achieve their wellness objectives.
• Educate clients on the principles of holistic health and the benefits of natural therapies.
• Maintain detailed client records and track progress towards wellness goals.

Requirements

• Certification as a Holistic Wellness Coach from a recognized institution.
• Certification or advanced training in Aromatherapy with a strong understanding of essential oil properties and applications.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals towards improved health and well-being.
• Excellent active listening, empathy, and motivational communication skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms and digital client management tools.
