Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels (phone, email, chat).
- Assist customers with booking reservations, modifications, and cancellations for various hospitality services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to bookings, payments, and service experiences.
- Provide detailed information about services, policies, and procedures to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or supervisors when necessary.

Requirements
