Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance guest experience and service quality across multiple properties.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior hotel management or operations role, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for operational detail.
