About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Hotel Operations Manager to oversee their portfolio of properties entirely remotely. You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability across various hotel locations through strategic planning and remote team leadership. This unique opportunity allows you to leverage your extensive hospitality management experience in a flexible, home-based role, shaping the operational success of our client's diverse hotel brands without the need for on-site presence in Newcastle upon Tyne .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experience and service quality across all managed properties.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and operational costs.
- Provide leadership and support to on-site hotel management teams through virtual communication channels.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, operational policies, and regulatory compliance for all hotels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices for efficient hotel management.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners and third-party vendors, remotely.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations management, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams virtually.
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue management, sales, and marketing principles.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and remote collaboration tools .
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
