Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote operational support and guidance to a portfolio of hotel partners.
- Analyze operational data, guest feedback, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct virtual property assessments and provide constructive feedback to hotel management.
- Assist hotels in troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a management or supervisory role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and other hotel software.
